Privacy Policy

Contact Sheet Maker does not collect, transmit, sell, or share user data.

The extension processes video frames locally in the user's browser after the user clicks the extension toolbar button. Generated contact sheets are shown in an extension preview window. The user can then copy a sheet to the clipboard or save it to their device through Chrome's downloads system.

Contact Sheet Maker does not use analytics, advertising trackers, remote servers, accounts, or cloud storage.

Permissions

• activeTab: runs only on the current tab after the user clicks the extension.
• clipboardWrite: copies the generated contact sheet image only after the user clicks Copy. The extension does not read clipboard contents.
• scripting: injects the local capture script into the current tab.
• downloads: saves generated contact sheets when the user clicks Download.
• storage: saves the preferred sampling interval in seconds.

Data Retention

The extension stores only user-selected settings in Chrome extension storage. It does not retain captured frames or generated contact sheets inside the extension.

The only stored setting in v1 is the preferred sampling interval.
